Who handles your information
Approved Device is operated by Anshino Ltd, company number 17305293, the controller of enquiry information. Registered in England and Wales. Company details.
Product enquiries
We collect the name, email address, product category, intended personal or clinic use, quantity and optional message you submit. We also record a request reference, date and progress of the enquiry. We use these details to respond to your request, check availability and prepare an offer. An enquiry is not an order.
For a personal purchase enquiry, we process information to take steps at your request before a possible contract. For business contacts and general questions, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running the service. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list.
Please do not include symptoms, diagnoses, patient details or medical records. This form is for product enquiries, not clinical advice.
Access and hosting
Authorised Anshino staff and agents acting for Anshino can access enquiries to organise sourcing and prepare responses. Automated tools may assist with this work; purchasing and clinical decisions are not made by this form. We do not publish your enquiry or sell your contact details.
Our hosting infrastructure stores enquiries. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security and processes connection information such as IP addresses. These services can involve processing outside the UK; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy and data processing terms. We share personal contact details with a supplier or delivery provider only when needed to progress an agreed request.
Usage measurement
We count searches, product views and successful checkout starts using our own website. We do not store the words you search for, your IP address, browser details, referrer or a visitor identifier in the analytics database. Search terms are reduced to a broad intent and result-count band before storage. We use no analytics cookies or browser storage, and measurement is disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track.
Anonymous event totals are kept for 90 days. Random event references are stored only as one-way hashes for seven days to prevent retries being counted twice. These totals cannot measure unique visitors or follow a person through the funnel.
Retention and website storage
Enquiry records are removed after 90 days. If an enquiry becomes an order, any separate order and accounting records follow the retention requirements for that transaction. We use no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. A short-lived, in-memory identifier helps limit repeated requests; the enquiry database does not store your IP address.
Payments and delivery
When online checkout is available, Stripe collects and processes your payment, contact and delivery details. We use order details to arrange delivery and handle order enquiries. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this website.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have a right to receive your data in a portable form. To make a request, use the contact form and include your enquiry reference if you have one, or write to Anshino Ltd at the registered office shown in the company details above. We may need to verify your identity.
You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
